Ring Connectors
Ring connectors or ring terminals are heavily used in solderless wiring applications. These single conductor connectors are crimped onto a wire and mate with a stud or tab of a predefined size to make a secure connection. They are available in a variety of different wire gauges with insulated and uninsulated options. The color of the insulation signifies the connector wire gauge. Ring connectors are commonly found in automotive applications where durable and reliable connections are necessary.
